Creating environments that prioritize youth mental health is essential for fostering emotional resilience, supporting healthy development, and ensuring that children and adolescents have the tools they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Natasha L. Poulopoulos, Ph.D. (she/her), also known as Dr. Tash, is a licensed psychologist specialized in providing actionable insights and strategies for improving child, adolescent, and young adult mental health. Dr. Tash advises organizations on the creation of mental health escalation protocols, supportive mental health practices, and inclusive and informed schools, workplaces, and healthcare settings.

With a strong commitment to creating environments where youth can thrive, her goal is to empower families, educators, and organizations with the tools and knowledge to promote healthy, resilient minds.

Connect with the broader community to raise awareness about youth mental health. Engaging and informative presentations on child psychology (e.g., depression, anxiety, suicidality) and strategies to support children in various environments.

Mental Health Protocol Creation:

Helping schools, childcare centers, and organizations establish effective mental health protocols to support children’s emotional and psychological well-being. Protocols can include a variety of mental health disorders, concerns for suicidal ideation/self-harm, and de-escalation techniques.

Workshops & Inclusivity Initiatives:

Educating healthcare professionals, organizations, and community groups about the specific health care needs of LGBTQ+ individuals. These workshops cover topics such as culturally humility, addressing health care disparities, and strategies for creating safe and inclusive spaces.
